~ (formerly Guaria de Osa) ~

In the HEART of the OSA PENINSULA of COSTA RICA

Where the SPIRIT of the RAINFOREST is ALIVE & WELL

Experience ancient Amazonian plant medicine ceremonies, yoga, meditation and rainforest and ocean discovery for personal, community and planetary renewal, held in accordance with the millenary, time-tested wellness tradition of the “Multicolored People” who live in the Upper Amazon Rainforest.

The enchanting Ocean Forest EcoLodge is in the heart of Costa Rica’s treasured Osa Peninsula, a paradise well known for its vast diversity of animal and plant life, endorsed by National Geographicas “the most biologically diverse place on Earth.”

Tucked perfectly between pristine beach and thriving Rainforest, the Council is facilitated by ethnobotanist Jonathon Miller Weisberger, author of the book Rainforest Medicine: Preserving Indigenous Science and Biodiversity in the Upper Amazon, who has dedicated ten years living in the Ecuadorian Amazon and continues to connect with various time-tested world heritage traditions.

Jonathon, who has trained for over a decade as a facilitator of the ceremonial experience, has been entrusted by his elder maestros, who have deep concern for the fate of humanity and the planet, to share these traditional wellness modalities.
