Join compassionate yoga instructor, Jennifer Jamieson, for Yoga on the Osa!

This is an absolutely awe inspiring and most amazing yoga retreat! Designed for adventurous nature lovers who adore wild life and the awe inspiring majesty of the rainforest! Besides daily yoga and meditation classes in the spectacular Lapa Lapa Lodge, a three storied pagoda yoga shala plumb on a sparkling people friendly wilderness beach. There will also be options nature tours to visit first hand the rainforest and ocean. There is so much to do and explore right around the grounds of the Ecolodge, a marvelous nature sanctuary, where bird and wildlife play and sing! A most amazing ecological destination!

The Osa Peninsula is one of the most bio diverse regions on the planet! Scarlet Macaws, Amazon parrots, Chestnut mandibled toucans, and many many other tropical birds can be seen living their life of beauty at the eco-lodge grounds. And in the trees nearby White-faced Capuchin monkeys can be seen playing in large groups. Many other species of wildlife are present and can be seen, such as the elusive Tapir, Coatis, Kinkajous, Agoutis and many more.

  • Porter Service to & from the Lodge $10/bag, please directly contribute this tip to your porter
  • We accept Costa Rican Colones or US Dollar
  • Credit or debit cards can be used at the lodge via PayPal at the Lodge, though a 4% is added
  • Always good to have some cash when traveling, we suggest US$500 for extras on route

Jennifer Jamieson, Compassionate Yoga

Jennifer Jamieson, RYT 200, RYT 500 and IYAT Yoga Therapy training includes accessible/adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, strength and conditioning, Ayurvedic principles, meditation, and mindfulness. Jennifer, a single mom, finds that her yoga practice benefits her most by being present, especially with her family and friends. She teaches compassionate, accessible yoga.
